FIVE YEAR WARRANTY ON LOSS AND ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE


Solar Eyes is the only brand of premium eyewear to offer you a warranty on the loss, and accidental breakage of your glasses.


Very simply it works like this:


The warranty is for a period of five years from the original date of purchase of your SOLAR EYES glasses. It will also carry the warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the purchase year of the original pair of glasses. There is a replacement cost $29.00 to cover the cost of the product and shipping and handling.


Applies only to sales within the USA. Replacement for sales outside the USA will be $19/US funds + cost of shipping.


All you need to do is - 


1. Send a letter to: "Warranty" Solar Eyes P.O. Box 6515, South Bend, IN 46660


2. Include a copy of both sides of the warranty/sales receipt.


3. Also include your name, address and phone number.


4. Lastly don't forget your check or money order for $29.00. We can't accept credit cards for this because of the credit cards costs involved.


 

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON DEFECTS

Thank You for choosing Solar Eyes. Solar Eyes sunglasses are designed to deliver years of quality performance with just normal care.

Solar Eyes sunglasses are warranted for life to the original purchaser for any defects in materials or workmanship. Solar Eyes will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Solar Eyes sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or breakage. Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.

Sunglasses returned to Solar Eyes must be accompanied by the following:

1. Include a copy of both sides of the warranty/sale receipt.

2. A brief note detailing the problems and how it occurred.

3. Include your name, phone, address, and check or money order for $9 to cover shipping and handling.
