CAN I EXCHANGE GLLASSES FOR A DIFEREN STYLE?
You can exchange your glasses for a different style for up to 90 days as long as the glasses you return show no signs of wear and are returned in the original box with a copy of the invoice.

Absolutely! We’d love to talk to you personally. Call us at 574-234-5558. If we are already on the phone or busy packing orders please leave a message and, your phone #. Let us know how we can help you, the best time to call you back and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
DO YOU CHARGE STATE SALE TAX?
We only charge sales tax on shipments made within the State of Indiana.

I BROKE MY SUNGLASSES, WHAT DO I DO?
Send them back to us properly packaged in a corrugated box along with a copy of both sides of the warranty card. If the breakage is because of a defect in the glasses we will replace them for a fee of $10.00 to cover the cost of handling. If the breakage is other than due to a defect we will replace them for $29.00 under our “5 year accidental breakage and loss” part of our warranty.
I CAN'T FIND MY WARRANTY CARD AND I BROKE M GLASSES, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
We always recommend keeping the warranty card with all your important warranties and papers but it still gets lost sometimes. No problem. Here is what you do. Write a short note telling us what happened. Send the glasses in a small corrugated box. If you honestly think the break was because of a defect, send us send us a money order or check for $10.00 to cover postage and handling. If it is an accidental breakage situation send a check for $29.00 (see our accidental or loss warranty). Note: Because of the bank costs involved we must charge $32.00 for all NSF checks.
I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER. IS IT BEST TO EMAIL OR PHONE YOUR COMPANY?
Either way is fine. We are small and everyone including the management gets involved in every part of the business including shipping, taking phone calls and yes sweeping floors. So if no one answers immediately it is just that we are busy on the phone already or shipping orders. We apologize but we promise to get back to you as fast as possible.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and Pay Pal. Sorry no checks, but we do take money orders.
WHAT DO YOU EAN WHEN YOU SAY "LIFETIME WARRANTY"?
As long as you own our glasses, purchased either directly from us or one of our authorized retailers, we will replace a defective pair for $10.00 handling. We need you to return the glasses to us along with a copy of your sales receipt and a copy of the warranty card. See our warranty for return information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase just return your glasses for a complete refund within 90 days from your purchase date. The glasses must show no signs of wear and appear in original condition. The glasses must be returned in the original box and include a copy of the invoice.
YOU SA YOUR LENSES ARE SOLAR VU. WHAT IS IT EXACTLY?
The actual material is Triacetate Cellulose sometimes called TAC for short. It’s great as a lens material because there is no distortion factor, so it has great visual clarity. It’s stronger than other lens materials so it’s very highly shatter resistant and it’s lighter in weight than other materials. We feel it is the perfect material for our lenses so we call it Solar Vu.
WHAT IS R90 THAT YOU SAY THAT SOME OF YOUR GLASSES ARE MADE WITH?
The official name is Grilamid TR 90. It is a new polyamide material. It’s extremely flexible and durable. It is stronger yet 20% lighter than polycarbonate that is used for most high quality frames.
